Terms & Conditions:
- In Proprietary Membership category(Electricity/REC), Membercan trade for its own account only and annual client subscription fee will not be charged for first portfolio registered.
- Exchange may allow Exclusive membership in a particular market segment, and it can be upgraded to a higher category by paying differential amounts.
- Existing Members and clients active in Electricity or REC segment at the time of registration in ESCerts segment are eligible to trade in ESCert market at no extra cost for complete PAT Cycle.
- Admission fees and Annual Subscription fees are non- refundable.
- Annual Subscription fees (Member and client) is payable in full amount by the member for twelve months whenever its earlier fees get fully utilized and the fees payable will be valid for succeeding 12 months.
- Security Deposit is refundable on surrender of the Membership and only after completion of 3 years as a member.
- Membership is transferable only after completion of 3 years.
- The main objects of the company, who wish to trade on behalf of clients, should include the business of Power/REC/ESCerts Trading.
- Minimum Net Worth criteria is not applicable in case Government Dept or State Electricity Board (SEB’s) apply for IEX membership.
- Exchange reserves the right to charge a fee & deposit within the above specified structure.
